In this role, you will be responsible for: Successful implementation of the ServiceNow system; Development and implementation of change strategy and communication at the local level; Ensuring engagement with stakeholders, including communication, engagement and training; Interaction with by an international project team at a global level; Implementation of translation of materials related to changes; Organization of training for internal trainers. We are waiting for your resume if you have: 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably with projects to implement ServiceNow or similar systems in FMCG companies; English language skills at C1 level or higher; High level of proficiency: Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint; Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization; Good communication and negotiation skills.
