About the project: The team works on projects related to Google Workspace, End-user computing (EUC), transfer of bank complexes to new technologies (world best practices), standardization of workspaces and optimization of the work of end users. Construction and reengineering of business processes. Main responsibilities: Collection of requirements from business and end users. Analysis of requirements and search for effective solution options. Formalization and reengineering of internal business processes, assessment of their maturity. Management of incidents and changes. Work with various software complexes, preparation of presentations and instructions. Higher education (technical, IT) Experience of working as a business analyst or IT project manager Practical experience of working with standardized business processes of different maturity levels Understanding of the basic principles of ITIL Confident user of Linux, Windows OS Practical skills in working with project and task management systems (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc. .d.)
