The main role of the position:management of strategic projects and tasks
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Main duties:- Coordination of transformation projects and programs of the bank
- Management of strategic projects of the bank without the involvement of external resources from the moment of initialization to the moment of project closure
- Management of strategic bank projects with the participation of external consultants from the moment of initialization to the moment of closing the project
- Formation and control of the project plan
- Formation and control of the work of the project team within the framework of the functional structure of the bank
- Formation and control of resources within the framework of projects / programs
- Presentation of results and status of projects
- Management of project/program documentation
Basic requirements:
- Higher education
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Project management experience in IT and/or banking would be an advantage
- Understanding the principles of E2E processes, Lean management skills
- Experience in change management and implementation of significant strategic projects will be an advantage
- PMP / PRINCEII certification will be an advantage
- High level communication skills, the ability to manage conflicts
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Stress resistance
- The ability to negotiate
- The ability to work with Google Suite, MS Office
- Knowledge and practical skills of Waterfall, Agile
- Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language (including business language)
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level< /li>
