Project manager for change management in PrivatBank

The main role of the position: management of transformational projects

Main duties:

• Coordination of bank transformation projects
• Management of the bank's strategic projects without the involvement of external resources from the moment of initialization to the moment of closing the project
• Formation and control of the project plan
• Preparation of project documentation and approval of project plans
• Formation and control of the work of the project team within the framework of the functional structure of the bank
• Preparation of reports to the customer on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole
• Formation and control of resources within the framework of projects
• Presentation of results and project status
• Project documentation management

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Project management experience in IT or banking (will be an advantage)
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at the level of an experienced user
• English language level upper intermediate
• Knowledge of business Ukrainian language
