CFO (TAF Drones) in Netpeak Group

We, Netpeak Talent, are a recruiting agency from the Netpeak Group.

Helping our client TAF Drones, a UAV development and manufacturing company, looking for an experienced CFO.

Why should you work at TAF Drones? TAF Drones already produces 25,000 UAVs per month, and has certain established processes, but now it is entering a new level of systematization and development. Imports 80,000 FPV drone kits per month, and has signed orders for 200,000 drones by May 2024.

TAF Drones has the following ambitious goals :

1. Start manufacturing 45,000 UAVs per month.
2. Launch new products within the UAV startup studio.
3. Open the most powerful R&D center in the country and to ensure the high quality of current and new products.

4. And as a result become the most powerful and best UAV manufacturer in the country.

Your skills:

1. Experience in production companies with a stable team of at least 200 people.
2. You have more than 3 years of experience as a financial director and you are confident in all aspects of financial management.
3. Able to work effectively with large volumes of data, which will allow you to quickly and accurately analyze financial information.
4. Experience of cooperation with foreign banks and a basic understanding of international financial standards.
5. You have experience managing a small team (from 3 people).
6. Excellent communication skills will allow you to easily establish contacts and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.< /li>

7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and complete tasks within a limited time frame.

Functional duties (what is expected of the candidate):

1. Building financial discipline.
2. Automating the accounting system.
3. Providing monthly reporting according to international IFRS standards.
4. Financial planning - you will be tasked with developing strategies and tactics to achieve the company's financial goals.
5. Cost optimization - your analytical skills will help you find effective ways to reduce costs and increase profitability.< /li>

6. Financial analytics - you will be tasked with analyzing financial data and developing strategies to improve the company's financial performance.
