Imports from 80 thousand kits for FPV drones monthly, and has signed orders until May 2024 for the volume of 200 thousand drones.

1. Go into production 45,000 UAVs per month.
2. Launch new products within the UAV startup studio.

Your skills:

1. Experience in production companies with a stable team of at least 200 people. li>
2. You have more than 3 years of experience in the position of financial director and you are confident in all aspects of financial management.
3. You are able to work effectively with large volumes of data, which will allow you to quickly and accurately analyze financial information.

4. Experience of cooperation with foreign banks and a basic understanding of international financial standards.
5. You have experience in managing a small team (from 3 people).
6. Excellent communication skills will allow you to easily establish contacts and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and complete tasks within limited time frames.

Functional duties (expected from the candidate):

1. Building financial discipline.
2. Automating the accounting system.
3. Providing monthly reporting according to international IFRS standards.
4. Financial planning - you will be tasked with developing strategies and tactics to achieve the company's financial goals.
5. Cost optimization – your analytical skills will help you find effective ways to reduce costs and increase profitability.
6. Financial analytics – you will be tasked with analyzing financial data and develop strategies to improve the company's financial performance.
