CFO / Senior Financial Manager (media buying team) in Mindsmatch

We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Manager, who knows how to competently manage reporting and draw up a financial strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Calculation and payment of remuneration to the company’s contractors;

• Work with banks and providers;

• Financial accounting;

• Work with auditors and accountants from different countries;

• Work with client-bank and other financial services;

• Analyzing financial statements and additional indicators;

• Financial planning;

• Interaction with commercial banks (payment systems) on compliance issues and KYC;

• Preparation of reports for management.

Basically we are looking for the person who will audit our financial history for past 3 month and will improve current financial model/build it from scratch 

Knowledge and skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a financial manager or relevant position;

• Experience in managing the company’s finances: providing recommendations, implementing decisions;

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and other business processes;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

• Understanding of finance regulations and legislation;

• Knowledge of business strategy and methodology;

• Upper-Intermediated level of English.
