We are looking for CFO , who will lead an Finance direction and and configures all processes and department in the startup environment from scratch.

Requirements:
— Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the FinTech/Gaming industry/E-commerce as a CFO;
— In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices;
— Experience with international markets is a must;
— Practical experience in building financial models, process of budgeting and planning, treasury, regulated reporting and tax planning;
— Experience with multi-currency cross-rate operations;
— Intermediate level of English;
— Strong leadership and organizational skills;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
— Startup mentality — not afraid to adapt quickly to industry trends, and strategy decisions;

Responsibilities:
— Planning and analysis of financial results;
— Development, implementation and control over policies and methods in terms of accounting, reporting, budgeting, expenses;
— Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports, financial modeling;
— Management of financial flows, control of receivables and payables;
— Management of the company’s cash resources, ensuring its payment liquidity;
— Control and analysis of the level of expenses, profitability.;
— Prediction and management of currency risks;
— Formation, management and development of the financial team.
— Involvement in solving tax and legal issues;
— Hire Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.);
