Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation a company's financial strategy that supports overall business goals and ensures sustainable growth. Cooperation with the CEO and other members of the company's management on issues of strategic planning and financial decision-making.
• Analysis of the company's financial indicators and providing recommendations for increasing the efficiency of costs and revenues.
• Management of financial risks, development and implementation of measures to minimize them.
• Preparation and control of annual, quarterly and monthly budgets.
• Development of forecasts regarding the company's financial results based on market analysis and internal data.

• Interacting with external auditors and ensuring timely audits.
• Controlling and managing the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and solvency. Management of payables and receivables. Optimization of the company's capital structure.
• Preparation and presentation of financial reports and analytics for the board of directors and shareholders.
• Management of the financial department, allocation of responsibilities and monitoring of execution assigned tasks. Selection, training and development of financial specialists.
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Organization and control of tax reporting and accounting

• You know how to analyze financial indicators and trends. Engaged in the development of financial models and forecasts.
• You know how to plan a budget and control its implementation.
• Engaged in the management of cash flows, capital and investments, as well as the management of payables and receivables.

• You have a deep understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of international financial reporting standards and Ukrainian accounting standards.
• Able to keep financial records and prepare financial statements. Knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation. Ability to prepare and submit tax returns.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting programs (1C, SAP, Oracle Financials, etc.).Vability to work with spreadsheets and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to forecast financial results and adapt strategy depending on market conditions.
