Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of revenue, costs, and expenses todetermine the company’s actual income and profitability after all fees and charges.

2. Profit & Loss Management: Polish and refine P&L reports, ensuring accuracy and clarityin financial statements.

3. Cost Management: Identify areas where costs can be reduced or managed moreeffectively.

4. Profitability Insights: Provide monthly insights on the company’s financialperformance, highlighting trends and suggesting areas for improvement.

5. Strategic Recommendations: Develop strategies to increase profitability and enhancecost-effectiveness.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand financial impacts and ensure alignment with business goals.

7. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, offering clearexplanations and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, CFO, or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably within a global company.• 

Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modellingand P&L management.

• Industry Knowledge: 

Familiarity with the immigration services industry or similar sectors is a plus.

• Technology Proficiency:

 Comfortable with financial software and tools, and able to work with multiple payment service providers and banks.

• Availability: Able to commit to 2-3 full days a week.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information in an understandable way.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify financial challenges and develop practical solutions.

• Proactivity: A proactive approach to financial management, constantly looking for ways to improve the company’s financial health.
