Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures for the holding company to ensure financial stability.
- Assessment and analysis of financial risks.
- Monitoring and analysis of financial indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Organizing the work of the financial department considering short-term and long-term forecasts of the financial market situation.
- Evaluation of currency risks and application of hedging.
- Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions. Organizing work on the analysis of legislation and current regulatory acts in the field of economics, international norms, and rules.
- Preparation of management documentation.
Expectations from the Candidate:
- Knowledge in the field of finance, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and taxation.
- Experience as a CFO or similar role in a holding company or large international organization.
- Experience in managing the work of financial departments or departments in various regions of Central Europe and the Baltic countries.
- Experience in developing financial strategies and policies.
- Knowledge in the field of transfer pricing.
- Tax planning skills, including identification of tax risks, proposals for tax savings, and control of tax budget compliance.
- Experience in taking a company public, including regulatory requirements and procedures, preparation of financial documentation, interaction with investment banks, and successful placement of shares on the market.
- Work in international accounting systems or building an accounting system from scratch.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
