With the goal of scaling a wood processing manufacturing company, we are looking for a CEO (Executive Director),who will take on the strategic development of the company.

The company's activity: wood processing production, manufacture and sale of forest products - lumber, wood products, fuel pellets, sawdust, fuel wood chips, lumpy waste.

WorkSEO,Executive Director will suit you if:

• You have2-5 years of work experiencein the position of CEO (Executive Director);
• You have experience management of a team of 200 people;
• You have excellent analytical abilities, strategic thinking and the ability to analyze the company's financial indicators;
• You have developed leadership qualities, communication skills and experience in effective interaction with stakeholders;< /li>
• You own znancywelegislation and regulatory requirements that apply to the company's activities (wood processing);
• Understanding trends, competitive situation and features of the industry in which the company operates;
• Ability to set goals, achieve effective result and be responsible for your decisions;
• Proficiency in English language is mandatory,will be a plus to know the Italian language.

What will you be doingIasCEO,Executive Director:

• Managing the strategic development of the direction of the manufacture of wooden containers and sawmill production;

• Ensuring efficient business operation and increasing its profitability;
