We strive to develop and implement modern solutions. We are looking for an Operations Director, who will be able to take on the full cycle of managing all of our construction projects.

Main duties:

• Strategic and operational management of the activities of the general contracting company.
• Formation and implementation of the company's development strategy in the construction market, in particular in the field of state and municipal projects.
• Management of all divisions of the company: production, technical, financial, tender department, supply department.
• Ensuring effective participation in public procurement (Prozorro), preparation of tender proposals, control over the execution of contracts with budget institutions.
• Organization of construction works in accordance with DBN, DSTU, calendar schedules and estimates.
• Control of financial flows, management of project budgets, cost optimization and profitability improvement.
• Building an effective system of internal control, reporting and document management.
• Representation of the company to customers, investors, controlling bodies, authorities.
• Formation of a strong management team, development of corporate culture, implementation of modern management methods.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (construction, management, economics or finance).
• Experience in management positions in a construction or general contracting company at least 5 years.
• Mandatory experience of working with budgetary organizations and state tenders (Prozorro).
• Knowledge of the legal framework in the field of public procurement, construction and financial control.
• Practical skills in managing large projects, estimates, contracts and resources.
• Ability to negotiate, make decisions and work with a large number of counterparties.
• High level of organization, strategic thinking, analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial tools for planning, budgeting, management accounting.
