Art Nation Loyalty - a company that develops effective loyalty programs for retail.

From idea to production - we develop original individual loyalty campaigns that increase the sales of our retail partners and strengthen the loyalty of their customers. With the addition of the magic of gamification, of course.

Our clients are supermarket chains in Ukraine, the CIS, Europe.

The KPI of the position is the fulfillment of the profit plan.

Subordination to the owner of the company.

Main tasks:

Implementation of the company's development strategy (the strategy is developed jointly with the owner and the supervisory board)

• Organization and control of the company's activities, management of the company's daily operational activities.
• Analysis of business processes and implementing changes in them. 
• Building an effective organizational structure.
• Motivation and team development.
• Management of company finances, including budgeting and tax accounting.
• Communication with department heads, team management.
• Control over the performance of tasks and indicators for each department of the company.

       Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience as a director. operational director, commercial director or head of a structural division in large companies for 3 years or more. Marketing companies are preferred.
• Financial management: knowledge of financial planning and management is necessary to create a viable business plan, ensure financing and manage the financial condition of the company, knowledge of financial reporting.
• Strong experience in successful management projects from start to finish.
• Wide knowledge of design principles and project management methodology. This can be useful in effectively organizing and performing various tasks related to the creation of a business.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to think strategically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of local regulations, market dynamics and country cultural characteristics.
• Fluency in English is essential and additional languages ​​an advantage.
• li>Leadership, developed communications, emotional intelligence, adaptability, negotiation, ability to make timely and correct decisions, ability to develop and implement business strategies, ethics and integrity.
