CEO of the partner network (Nutra / IGaming) in CPA-Factory

CPA-Factory is a large team in the field of Digital Marketing and Affiliate-Marketing that works with countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle and Far East, South America. In connection with the expansion and launch of new projects, we are currently looking for a specialist for the position of CEO (Nutra / IGaming) who will manage the project of our partner network. Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of the company's strategic plans in accordance with business goals; - Implementation of the concept and mission of the company; - Management of all aspects of operational activities, including high-level prioritization of tasks for product development, marketing, sales and customer service, team formation and motivation; - Public presentation of the product (speeches, interviews, ...); - Bringing the project to break-even and ensuring a stable growth rate; - Establishment of effective interaction between different departments; - Representation of the company's interests before stakeholders, investors, partners and clients; - Analysis of the market and competitive environment to identify new opportunities and challenges; - Assessment of the company's risks, ensuring their control and minimization. What we expect from you: - Experience in the field of affiliate marketing from 4 years; - 2+ years of work in management positions; - Outstanding organizational and leadership qualities, as well as obvious competence in strategic planning and business development; - System approach skills: Ability to organize information, establish connections between elements, analyze comprehensively and plan; - Analytical skills: Ability to operate with data, set a problem and draw conclusions from data; - Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in market conditions and flexibly respond to challenges; - Preferred public speaking experience.
