CEO international business in NovaPay

Who are we? 

NovaPay is a leader in the field of financial technologies in Ukraine, part of the Nova group of companies. We are expanding our horizons and actively developing international business to implement innovative payment solutions in Europe. That is why we are looking for an experienced and inspired leader for the position of CEO for our international direction. 

What will you do? 

You will lead the international development of NovaPay in Europe, ensuring the implementation of strategic goals and the achievement of business results.  

Our candidate will be responsible for:

• Strategic leadership: development and implementation of a long-term strategy for the development of NovaPay's international business in the EU.

• Team building: formation of a highly professional team for the implementation of key projects in Europe. 

• Launch of financial products:creating and managing a portfolio of debit and credit products for individuals individuals and small and medium-sized businesses.

• Organization of operational processes: implementation of methodology and product operation processes, including account opening and customer service in digital and physical channels.

• Market research: analysis of customer behavior, monitoring of market trends and adaptation business processes, technologies and marketing initiatives.

• Communication: presentation of company achievements , challenges and vision of the future for investors and partners.

• Innovation and growth: identification of new business areas, including mergers and acquisition, to achieve strategic goals.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience : 5+ years of experience in the financial or fintech sector, including experience in retail banking or international companies in the EU.
• Expertise: strong> understanding of the business model of the Nova group of companies and the specifics of the European market.
• Leadership qualities: successful team management and strategic planning experience.
• Digital Skills: Experience with digital customer service channels (mobile apps, chatbots, etc.).
• Analytical skillsabilities: the ability to predict market trends, make innovative decisions and manage complex projects. 
• International experience: knowledge of regulatory requirements and specifics of work in EU countries. 
• Language: fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages ​​will be an advantage.
