Our company "ArtChem" LLC, which has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for over 14 years, specializes in the production and sale of auto chemicals and auto cosmetics. We actively work with various directions: national and local networks, retail, wholesale, dealer direction, export.

We are looking for an experienced manager to join to our team and will help us reach new heights.

Main responsibilities:

• General management of the enterprise , including the administration of all processes: sales, production, finance
• Development and implementation of strategic plans for the company's development
• Organization and control of the effective work of departments, ensuring the achievement of business goals
• Implementation and optimization of business processes, including work with CRM systems
• Team management, development of leadership qualities of employees
• Preparation and control over budget implementation, financial monitoring
• Adaptation of the company to changing market conditions and implementation of new strategies to ensure competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience in management positions from 7 up to 10 years
• Deep knowledge in the field of company administration
• Experience with CRM systems and other business tools
• High leadership qualities, strategic thinking and planning skills
• Ability to work in a team, adaptability and result orientation
• Ability to effectively manage projects and processes, find optimal solutions in difficult situations
