We are a successful media buying team, founded in 2020 in Kyiv, currently relocated to Lviv.
Our team's goal is to gather a powerful hub of affiliate marketing professionals who are passionate about their business and for whom arbitration is not a job, but a lifestyle.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

1. Successful experience of managing a media buying team and successful practical cases with any sources and verticals.
2. Experience with Crypto offers. Experience building from scratch and effectively leading a team of media buyers.
3. Confident theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the analysis of advertising campaigns/strategies/offers.
4. The developed practice of testing new niches and approaches, as well as understanding what works and what doesn't and why.
5. Generation of new ideas and solutions capable of contributing to growth (material, career, professional) together with your team and company.
6. The ability to work according to the CPA, CPL, CRG model and compliance with KPIs of Brokers;
7. Understanding of Crypto business processes - vertical
8. Ability to work with budgets from $5,000 per day;
9. Ability to work with a large amount of information; Creative approach; The ability to work in a team.
 

WILL BE A PLUS:

Experience working with large volumes of traffic.
Availability of your own team (initial or formed)

Responsibilities:
- set tasks and monitor the work of the team;
- setting up and launching campaigns (CPA network);
- finding the most effective sources of traffic and scaling campaigns ;
- searches and optimization of traffic channels, lead value, conversion increase;
- assessment, analysis of the effectiveness and results of the activities;
- development and implementation of promotion strategies for specific niches, sources, GEO.
