As the Interim CEO, you will lead our company through a transitional period. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, managing high-level operations, and steering the company towards its short-term goals while maintaining alignment with long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and implement high-level strategic initiatives and business plans.
— Oversee daily operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
— Lead fundraising initiatives and manage investor relationships.
— Promote a company culture that supports the ethos of Web3 and blockchain technology.
— Interface with the board of directors and provide regular updates on company performance.
— Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all aspects of the business.
— Participate in Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions to engage with the community, enhance transparency, and discuss company developments.

Qualifications:
— Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior managerial role, preferably in the tech or Web3 sectors.
— Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.
— Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
— Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
— Experience in fundraising and managing relationships with investors.
