Additional details: we are ready to consider candidates from different places of Ukraine. It is important to be ready for partial 50% or fullRELOCATION in the city of Chernihiv.
Necessary knowledge and qualities:
- Management experience, performing similar functions, from 5 years IN RETAIL (preferably in the home / garden goods segment orFMCG - seasonal categories) and managing a team of 100 people;
- Experience in managing a retail network - stores (from 10 points of sale);
- Management of teams and management of store efficiency (sales in the B2C channel) - successful experience of managing remote teams (!!!!) and effective administration of all processes;
- Availability of successful cases of bringing business out of unprofitability and experience of managing sales taking into account seasonality (experience of adjusting seasonality, due to diversification) + desirable experience of working in transformation projects / restructuring);
- Skills of strategic planning and financial analysis + desirable skills of building system reporting;
- Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, unit-economics;
- Practical experience of online sales management (e-commerce, digital marketing) and experience of integration of offline/online channels + knowledge of omnichannel strategies;
- DESIRED experience of participating in the implementation and use of CRM, ERP, BI systems;
- Possibility to have your own car (the company compensates for fuel and depreciation) + IMPORTANT readiness for 50% business trips or relocation (in the city of Chernihiv) - with full compensation from the company ;
- Proactive position, strong leadership and communication skills, systemic and strategic thinking + energy and desire to improve results, relationships and processes.
You will be waiting for:
- Managing the operational activities of the retail network of stores (B2C off-line and online) throughout Ukraine;
- Ensuring dynamic growth and profitability of business, effective management of teams and processes;
- Strategic management (development and implementation of business development strategy, including diversification of assortment to reduce seasonal dependence);
- Optimization of logistics (reduction of warehouse balances, inventory control, improvement of customer experience);
- Managersteam work (sales, marketing, purchasing), employee motivation, talent development;
- Financial control, budget planning and implementation, sales analysis, search for opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability;
- Development of online trade (integration of e-commerce with offline stores, introduction of digital tools - mobile applications, CRM);
- Interaction with suppliers and partners to expand the range and reduce seasonal risks;
- Market monitoring, analysis of competitors, and implementation of innovations.
