The CEO of our new project will be engaged in the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of a small business lending strategy;
• Coordinating the work of the project and managing all stages of its implementation;
• Conducting market analysis and determining the needs of the target audience;
• Developing and implementing credit products and programs for small businesses ;
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders;
• Monitoring and analyzing risks, developing strategies to minimize them;
• Responsible for the result of the project's financial indicators.

The filter for this position will be:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, business administration or related fields;
• Work experience in the banking sector or financial institutions;
• Experience in project management, preferably in the field of SME lending;
• Deep understanding of the needs and challenges of small businesses;
• li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions;
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking;
• High level of communication and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of modern technologies and tools for project management;
• English level Intermediate and above.

Goals and tasks for the trial period:
