We are looking for an ambitious and experienced leader with excellent strategic skills to bring DOMOVA to international markets . The ideal candidate has successful management experience in international companies, preferably in the fields of real estate, construction or investment, and a deep understanding of the specifics of different real estate markets. In addition, the presence of established connections and contacts with potential investors, developers and authorities in various jurisdictions will be an advantage.

DOMOVA.COM is an ambitious Ukrainian PropTech startup operating in Ukraine and actively developing in European markets. Founded on the basis of an investment company with 19 years of experience in the distressed real estate market, DOMOVA is the only online platform in the world that unites owners of apartments and non-residential premises of a dilapidated or dilapidated building to jointly sell the entire building to investors or construction companies. What will you do?

– Development and implementation of a business strategy for entering international markets.

– Ensuring sustainable growth and development of the company in new markets.

– Financial management company flows, budgeting and financial planning.

– Coordination and control over the implementation of key performance indicators.

– Attracting investments, conducting negotiations with investors and partners.

– Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.

– Coordination of the activities of the company's departments to achieve set goals.

– Development and implementation of marketing strategies.

– Risk management and regulatory compliance.

– Speaking at international conferences and events on behalf of the company.

You are our ideal candidate, if you have:

– Successful management experience in international companies (at least 3-5 years).

– Experience in startups or fast-growing companies at the scaling stage business, preferably in the field of e-commerce.

– Experience of entering new international markets with projects.

– Deep knowledge of the real estate, construction, investment market.

– Strategic vision, the ability to develop and implement business strategies.

– Experience in attracting investments, working with investors.

– Coordination of marketing activities.

– Established relationships relations with developers, investors, local authorities in European countriesnah.

– Leadership skills, the ability to form and manage teams.

– Sales management skills.

– Skills of building a partner network.

– Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, company representation at international conferences.

– Readiness for frequent business trips.

– Technological literacy and experience in digital transformation.

- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage.
