We are actively developing and growing, so we are looking for Director of the enterprise.

For our part, it is very important to us so that you are a result-oriented leader, responsible, communicative, able to work with a team, and also have:

• Experience in a managerial position, at least 5 years;

• Experience in crisis management, operational management of the enterprise;

• Experience in production management, B2B sales;

• Experience with modern CRM systems and project management programs;

• The ability and willingness to make decisions, to bear responsibility for them.

• Higher education.

It will be a plus:

• Education in business schools or other additional education;

• Knowledge of the English language from B1.

We expect results for the 1st month: audit of the current situation in the company and team,for the 3rd month — development and approval of the sales strategy of the enterprise's commercial policy and its implementation in the existing department,  for the 6th month and further - a stable, monthly increase in income by an average of 15%, optimization of production, quality control and the engineering and technical department, strategy and development of new products, from which the following tasks arise:

1. Development and implementation of enterprise management strategy;

2. Management of operational activities and optimization of business processes;

3. Market analysis, development of sales channels and product range;

4. Strengthening the brand of the plant and the SoloPlast trademark;

5. Effective team management and its development;

6. Optimization of the organizational structure and formation of personnel growth strategy.
