We are currently looking for a CEO to support and scale an already launched company. We want to find a like-minded person with work experience in a similar position, who will be interested in the development of his own and the community.


Location

Kyiv and Warsaw, hybrid format="font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">< br/>

Our ideal candidate

Has strong experience in the event/marketing/EdTech field in SEO/COO positions. Successful cases in company scaling and control of all direction processes. 

If you speak Polish, it is a big advantage.

Main tasks

Work with the existing team and departments.

  1. Marketing
  • Operational management of traffic, attraction of potential target audience.
  • Control work of the marketing department and contractors.
  • Search for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Attending events in our field.
  • Building partnerships with other companies.
  • li>Scaling of the company in the regions where the project is already presented.
  • Full control of conversions and incoming leads.

2. Sales

  • Control of the implementation of the sales plan in the region.
  • Together with the department of formation of all active sales activities.
  • Interaction with KVP and control of work performance.

3. Team

  • Formation of job profiles and the role of employees, writing job descriptions and their tasks.
  • Recruiting and forming the necessary team.
  • Conducting daily/weekly meetings, strategy sessions, quarterly meetings with the team.
  • Conducting one-to-one. li>
  • Calculation of the motivation system, as well as KPI.
  • Organization of team building for the team and training.

4. Product

  • Execution of the production part, holding of all events planned for the month, quarter, year.
  • Working with the club's resources and clients.
  • Receiving feedback.
  • Implementation of new ways of development.
  • Development of new products in the club to increase the activity of participants and their involvement.

5. Service

  • Working on the return and retention of current members.
  • Close interaction with members and non-residents of the club, processing partnership proposals.

6 . Finance

  • Formation and approval of the budget, preparation of reports.
  • Control of financial accounting, primary accounting and payments.
