CEO of our new project will occupyperform the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of a small business lending strategy;

• Coordinating the work of the project and managing all its stages;

• Performing a market analysis and determining the needs of the target audience;

• Development and implementation of credit products and programs for small businesses;

• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders;

• Monitoring and analyzing risks, developing strategies to minimize them;

• Responsible for the result of the project's financial indicators.

The filter for this position will be:

• Higher education in finance, economics, business administration or related fields;

• Work experience in the banking sector or financial institutions;

• Project management experience, preferably in the field of lending to SMEs;

• Deep understanding of small business needs and challenges;

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions;

• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking;

• High level of communication and leadership skills;

• Knowledge of modern technologies and tools for project management;

• English of Intermediate level and above.

Probationary goals and objectives:

• Conduct market analysis;

• Create project requirements;

• Make a description of the project; 

• Calculate the previous P&L of the project;

• Develop a project launch strategy.

1 stage: communication with the recruiter online (about 30 minutes);

2 stage: communication with your future manager online or in person (about 1 hour).
