An innovative startup that develops a product in the field of international payment systems/crypto and is currently ready for an active start invites a Commercial Director to the team, which will help the team become even stronger .
Our goal is to build a systematic and effective sales department for generating and increasing profits.
Main tasks:
• Development of strategy and management of commercial activities with the achievement of all planned goals;
• Construction of the company's commercial policy;
• Management of the commercial department team;
• Development of long-term partnership relations with brands;
• Active involvement in the generation of new ideas, determination of priority areas of work and work on planning;
• Strategic leadership and management of the sales team;
• Close interaction with C-level.
1. Development and implementation of sales strategy:
o Determination of target markets and customer segments
o Creation of long-term and short-term strategies to achieve company goals;
o Implementation of new approaches to sales of products and services
o Development of budgets and plans
2. Management of the sales team:
o Formation and development of the sales team;
o Motivation and development of the team;
o Evaluation of productivity and efficiency teams;
o Establishing key performance indicators (KPI) for the team;
3. Analysis of the market and competitive environment:
o Monitoring of market trends and changes in a similar niche;
o Analysis of competitor activities and development of strategies to increase competitiveness;
o Collection and analysis of new geos
o Identification of new opportunities for development
Requirements:
• Successful work experienceand real working companies;
• Systematic approach to solving managerial tasks;
• High level of communication skills.
• Management of a team from 10 people
• Knowledge of English at C1 level
• Work experience in a similar position;
• Ability to work with CRM systems and other professional tools;
• Proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to find effective solutions in difficult situations.
• Work experience in the field of international business, preferably in PSP or IT.
