Position Overview

How< strong> CBG Product Managerat Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our prescription (Rx) products. You will develop and implement annual marketing strategies, manage budgets and monitor all marketing activities for the successful launch and promotion of our products on the Ukrainian market.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic planning: Development, management and implementation of annual marketing strategies in line with company goals.
• Budget management: Effective management and tracking of budgets, ensuring compliance of expenditures with allocated funds.
• li>Marketing Activities: Overseeing the development and execution of marketing activities, including market research, communications with healthcare professionals, and new product launches.
• Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor actions to adjust strategies.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance of all marketing activities with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Working in a cross-functional team to achieve common goals and successfully execute projects.

  Qualification requirements:

  • Education: University degree in pharmacy/medicine or related fields preferred.
  • Experience : Experience as a Rx product manager in the Ukrainian market, with deep knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management and budgeting.

  Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
  • li>High level of mastery of Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
