The marketing office invites a Category Marketing Project Manager to its team.
We are looking for a person with a lot of imagination, imagination and cases for bringing their ideas to life. A hopeless dreamer and the one who will bring everything he invented to fruition. For the job you will need:

• Experience in launching national promotions, large wow projects, developing a communication plan and launching national advertising campaigns for the promotion of projects
• Knowledge of the market and the main players in retail
• Ability to organize yourself and the project team, skills to coordinate the work of various company services, contractors, agencies, freelancers, the ability to create Briefs, set clear tasks, organize timely execution of tasks within the framework of the planned time list and budget
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills, experience in managing category development or marketing projects
• Ability to assign tasks to designers and evaluate creative materials in accordance with the goals and objectives
• Project management and budgeting skills, financial literacy
• Excellent command of basic Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Will advantage: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Category development: new assortment, packaging, design in the sales hall, services, tactical marketing communications, national advertising campaigns, events, recipes, tastings, communities, e-commerce development, participation in festivals and fairs
• Planning, organizing and launching a set of marketing communications for the promotion of the category, aimed at increasing such indicators as NPS, category share, penetration of the category in the check, winnings, new traffic, frequency of purchases.
• Search and implementation of new ideas for category development, creation new wow projects for category development, annual communication calendar planning, budgeting, performance analytics.
• Creation of creative content for marketing communications to promote the category
• Development of concepts for all category communications. Development and implementation of the internal and external communications plan by category.
• Setting tasks and coordinating the work of creative agencies and freelancers
• Coordinating external and internalx communications on projects to promote the category
• Regular in-depth analysis of market research and NPS by category, development of an action plan based on the results. Ordering new marketing research by category.
• Regular tour of stores and competitors, category monitoring, checklist, creation of a presentation with conclusions, creative ideas and an action plan for category development
• Creative design of the category in stores
• Fin model of the promotion, time list, budgeting, check analysis, analysis of the effectiveness of the category and marketing communications.
