Category manager (products) in Bile Suhe, Torgivelna merezha

Bile-Suhe chain of retail stores is inviting a Category Manager to its team.

We are only considering candidates who have:

• higher education
• work experience in a similar position, preferably with product groups: alcohol, dairy products, confectionery, charcuterie;
• important skills in forming the assortment of a product group;  
• knowledge of the theory and practice of product category management, pricing methods;
• PC skills at the level of a confident user, knowledge of 1C; responsibilities:
  • product category development;
  • negotiations with suppliers, conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods to stores in accordance with company standards and requirements;

  • development of marketing activities;
  • resolving controversial issues with suppliers regarding terms of delivery, documents, payment;
  • monitoring of competitor prices, supplier prices;
  • participation in the formation of the price policy;
  • control of the receipt of goods from suppliers (dealing with complaints, returns, reordering and undersupply);
  • creation and control of planograms of the trading floor, planning of promotional activities of the category;

  • implementation of planned indicators of direction (product turnover, mark-up, turnover, write-off).

  Working conditions:

  • Five-day working week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
