Functional:

• Organization of purchases of goods of the category "Packaging and printed materials" in accordance with corporate standards and policies;
• Coordination of the work of the team (buyers) with suppliers to ensure the delivery of all necessary goods on time and according to specifications;< /li>
• Management of suppliers: selection of suppliers, negotiations, development of suppliers of the "Packaging and printed materials" category;
• Measuring the performance of suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement, forming action plans and monitoring their implementation;
in the preparation of technical tasks and conducting a qualitative assessment (as needed);
• Participation in automation projects of the purchasing function (as needed);
• Development and implementation of a strategy to reduce costs and increase efficiency;

• Monitoring prices and market trends to prepare or update purchasing strategies;
• Conducting cost analysis by category, scenario planning and risk management to optimize purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

• Higher education in one of the following fields: economics, management, pharmaceuticals, law, technical specialties, engineering;
• Experience in direct procurement for 3-5 years (preferably in international companies);
• Team management experience from 1 year;
• Skills for working with ERP-systems, knowledge of SAP is preferred;
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level or higher (reading, correspondence, negotiations, contractual work);
• Experience in managing projects, contracts, and risk assessment;
• Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking;
• Analytical skills and working with large amounts of data;
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes and their controls;
• Experience in writing and implementing procurement policies and procedures;
• Experience in working with open cost models (open book pricing) and understanding price components and pricing;

• Sure skills in working with Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint (for preparing presentations);
• Understanding key financial indicators of the company;
