We are expanding the team and looking for Category Manager (Construction)

< b style="font-weight: 700">Who we are looking for:

• Work experience of at least 3 years
• Systematic and structured approach to work processes
• Able to build and constantly improve workflow
• Flexibility and initiative in solving problems
• English - Upper Intermediate

What to do:

• Responsible for forming a strategy and approach to project procurement/investment direction.
• Forms a procurement plan and a plan for conducting tender procedures in compliance with deadlines
• Implementation of the project (within which procurement is carried out).
• Responsible for the timeliness of processes
• Performs the tender procedure, determines the fair/target level of the offer for negotiations with suppliers.
• Conducts market evaluation/analysis for all types of procurements in the construction category.
• Negotiates with suppliers to improve Commercial Proposals
• Ensures development and support of strategic partnerships .
• Conducts risk analysis of existing suppliers
• Responsible for filling the data of the SRM system in the SAP system.
• Prepares reports for the assigned category.

Working schedule: MON-FRI 08:00-17:00 (on Fridays we have a short working day until 15:00)
