Category manager (household goods) in MAUDAU

What tasks will be in front of you: Building an assortment and brand strategy of the category; Pricing; Achieving planned turnover and margin indicators; Determining market volumes and conducting a SWOT analysis of competitors; Negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers; Planning and coordinating promotional campaigns with suppliers; Preparation , control and support of the promotion; Description and management of the necessary business processes for the implementation of the operational activities of your area. To achieve results, you will need: Experience of working in retail/ e-commerce projects of 2 years or more; Experience of working with the "Home" category Experience working with a wide multi-brand assortment of more than 5,000 SKUs; Experience in negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers; Ability to analyze large volumes of statistical data to identify potential for development; Knowledge of ABC and XYZ analysis; Stress resistance and the ability to work in a multitasking and team environment. It will be a plus: Higher economic education; Experience with pricing, assortment, warehouse balances; High level of knowledge of Excel, Power BI; High level of personal time management and process organization.
