Who we are looking for:

• Candidate who has 3 years of work experience in the field of procurement.
• Speaks English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
• Has a completed university education.
• Has knowledge of current legislation regulating foreign economic activity.
• Understanding procurement methods and procedures, rules for concluding contracts, knowledge of Incoterms rules.

What to do:

• Organize work by category regarding prompt and effective selection of suppliers by purchasing category - business goods and services, stationery, etc.).
• Perform a tender procedure, determines a fair/target level of offer for negotiations with suppliers within the assigned category.
• Perform a review of the terms of reference from the initiator, helps in the formation of a quality and appropriate request for terms of reference to attract a larger number of tender or competition participants.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding the improvement of Commercial Offers for goods and services (obtaining the level of a fair/target offer) and the terms of the Agreement within the assigned category.
• Manage Contracts with Suppliers (draft preparation, agreement with the Supplier, signing, updating).
• Ensure communication with partners in case of controversial issues regarding the quality of goods/services provided.
• Conduct search, market analysis of new goods and services.
• Conduct risk analysis of existing suppliers and take measures to prevent them. Initiates and conducts search for alternative suppliers.
• Conduct annual evaluation of Suppliers (CRI).

Work schedule: MON-FRI 08:00-17:00 (by the way, we have a short working day on Fridays :)
