Category manager in Novus

The NOVUS company, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, invites the entire team of the Category Manager (the direction of hygiene, cosmetics and children's products). The main duties: development of the decision-making policy on the purchase of the assortment in the category (decision-making tree); definition of segments, sub-segments of categories, assessment of their quantitative indicators, search for new categories of goods; conducting negotiations with suppliers on all aspects of cooperation; control over the processing of specifications, monitoring of other networks from the point of view of acceptance/rejection of prices; claims work with suppliers regarding the quality and safety of goods/products/services, control of receipt of funds; balance management goods/products in stores; management of sales of goods, formation of a promotional assortment for the promotion; development of principles of planograms and control of schedules for updating planograms; formation of a schedule of payments to suppliers; reporting. Our wishes for candidates: skills in conducting negotiations with suppliers; experience in working with software products: Excel, 1C, SAP, Qlik View; knowledge of the market situation, the procedure for pricing, taxation; knowledge of the procedure for concluding and drawing up marketing and supply contracts; forms and methods of running advertising companies; higher education; experience of working as a category manager for 3 years or more.
