- Effective work of the department, reorganization of work and implementation of new business processes to ensure the retail network and e-commerce direction by assortment groups of products
- Preparation and approval of the Strategy for work with merchandise support for the season/calendar year
- Development of each assortment group according to the approved Strategy for the season/year li>
- Development and implementation of communication systems and effective work with the Novomoskovsk Knitting Factory (a strategic supplier of goods) to achieve the planned indicators of the turnover budget, updating the assortment through active participation in the development of new collections, timely ordering goods, control of settlements with the factory, fulfillment of production and delivery deadlines
- Development and implementation of communication systems and effective work with the division "Own production" (home clothes and clothes for sleep "Private label"), active participation in the development of new collections, timely ordering of goods, control of production and delivery terms of the ordered goods
- Active work with other suppliers, search for new ones, timely placing of orders for new collections, control of deliveries and timely payments
- Establishment of effective communications and interactions with other departments of the Company and formation of teamwork policy.
- Effective formation of the assortment within each product group according to the approved Strategy and compilation of the product matrix
- Analysis of competitors and trends on an ongoing basis, preparation of analysis and presentation to the Company's management
- Formation of pricing policy, analysis of competitor prices and timely regulation
