The main goal of the position

Ensuring the implementation of in-bulk, VMP, DD, GLZ at the enterprise and obtaining the best commercial conditions for cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers.

Main tasks:

• Coordination and conclusion of license agreements.

• Conclusion of contracts with suppliers/manufacturers (in-bulk, dietary supplements, VMP, GLZ).

• Control of timely signing of contracts (procurement, confidentiality, licensing, etc.) and execution of contractual obligations.

• Conducting negotiations to improve the commercial conditions of cooperation.

• Forming and obtaining a complete package of documents for product registration/re-registration, obtaining GMP and other permits.

• Management of suppliers and manufacturers, development of partnership relations.

• Development of procurement category strategy, calculation of strategic stock.

• Work in SAP (SRM, counterparty database), preparation of reports on the assigned nomenclature.

• Participation in specialized exhibitions, meetings and negotiations with partners.

We expect:

• Higher education (international economic relations, international business, management, foreign trade, pharmacy or related fields).

• Work experience of 5 years or more.

• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, GMP requirements, rules of concluding contracts and legislation in the field of foreign trade.

• Understanding procurement methods and procedures.

• Upper-Intermediate English language (negotiations, business correspondence).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

• Developed negotiation skills, analytical and systemic thinking.

Schedule: MON–THURS 08:00–17:00, FRI — 08:00–16:00 (until 15:00 in summer).
