Main tasks:

• Planning the calendar of promotional campaigns for Ukraine
• Managing banners, placement of games and general visibility of promotions
• Ensuring effective team work and focusing on priority tasks
• Executing, analyzing and reporting on campaigns across various data platforms, proposing, testing and implementing new strategies to improve future performance
• Developing a deep understanding of the activity of all player segments
• Collaboration with the casino team to promote and attract customers to relevant content at the right time
• Assessment of promotional performance for casinos
• Product expert for all back offices and casino systems
• Day-to-day management of the casino, including the placement of games on the site and continuous optimization of the interface
• Working with the legal department to create Terms and Conditions
• Collaboration with the marketing design team to create advertising briefs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in online casino games or sports - from 2 years minimum
• Deep understanding of what a great customer profile looks like in the field of promotions and customer retention
• Strong knowledge of casino products and bonuses
• Ability to adapt to new tools
• Customer orientation and desire to improve customer profile
• Experience in marketing
