Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з OxTech_UA Olga Khlivna Human Resources Manager A successful product company based in Israel, and Dnipro has an open position of Casino Games Management Product Manager. Key required skills and experience :- At least 3+ years of professional experience working in an online gaming company - Preferably in casino lobby management position;- At least 3+ years of professional experience working as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional teams environment in agile methodologies - Preferably in the online gaming industry;- Solid technical background and experience working on server-to-server integrations; being able to read API documentation and lead integration efforts;- Ability to translate business objectives into key results and achieve business outcomes through iterative product discovery & delivery;- Experience working with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InDesign, Axure RP, etc.- Strong product analytics mindset with a proven record;- Solid knowledge and understanding of the SaaS/CMS/CRM platforms is plus;- Proven experience developing and launching successful products while looking for and identifying growth opportunities;- High-level understanding of design principles and design best practices;- English Upper-Intermediate or stronger; Responsibilities:- Own the platform’s game integrations and game management tools from product discovery to execution and delivery including market research, user research, product design, and product testing;- Collaborate with other cross-functional product teams, customers and stakeholders to develop the right product - and develop the product right;- Constantly prototype and test new & alternative ideas to mitigate risks to product value, usability, business viability & technical feasibility;- Be a beacon of business-domain knowledge and expertise for your stakeholders and peers: understand the platform features and functionalities inside-out;- Facilitate problem resolution for both clients and internal departments in relation to the products under your domain;- Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform ongoing product development and improve product offerings;- Work on user flow optimization by solving user problems and increasing their involvement in the product;- Refinement of UX/UI of current products and development of new ones; Ready to offer:- Social benefits, paid vacations, sick-leaves;- Career possibilities with growing team;- Medical insurance.
