Position: Cash officer

Responsibilities:

1. Organization and implementation of cash assistance procedures within the framework of the program to support vulnerable population groups .
2. Ensuring the compliance of the issuance of monetary assistance with established requirements and procedures.
3. Maintaining documentation regarding the issuance of monetary assistance and reporting on the use of funds.
4. Advising clients on terms and rules receiving cash assistance.
5. Cooperation with other departments and divisions to ensure efficiency and coordination of the process of issuing cash assistance.

Requirements:

• Work experience in the field of social or humanitarian aid will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients in difficult situations.
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions under limited time.
• Responsibility and attention to details in documentation.
• Knowledge of the state (Ukrainian) language.
