Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of daily work of field registrars (Cash Registrars) and assistants (Cash Assistants);
  • Adaptation of registration tools, needs assessment and beneficiary selection criteria in accordance with organization standards and implementation requirements of the project;
  • Coordination of the entire cycle — from verification of lists of beneficiaries to their actual receipt of funds;
  • Control over the security of personal data of beneficiaries and avoidance of duplication of assistance with other funds;
  • Training of team members on registration rules, communication ethics and working with reporting and programs (KoboToolbox, tables);
  • Regular trips to check the registration process and identify possible risks;
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the PM on the number of households covered and the amount of funds paid;
  • Representation of the organization at coordination platforms and meetings of the Cash Working Group (CWG);
  • Active coordination with partner consortia, other humanitarian organizations and local authorities;
  • Assisting the monitoring department in conducting surveys (Post-Distribution Monitoring) to assess how people have spent the funds and whether they are satisfied with the assistance process;
  • Ensuring a feedback process so that beneficiaries can report problems with receiving money;
  • Ensuring access to assistance for groups with reduced mobility, the elderly and people without documents.
