International charitable organization "Charitable Foundation "SOS Children's Villages" Ukraine, in connection with the launch of a new project, invites you to join the team Cash Assistance Project Manager (Cash Assistance direction)

Project deadline: 12/31/2024 inclusive.

As a non-governmental social development organization, we support children deprived of parental care and families who found themselves in difficult life circumstances, through the provision of care, education, health care and emergency care services, and we also advocate for the rights of children and youth together with other partner organizations. Our organization is a member of the international federation SOS Children's Villages International (SOS Kinderdorf). We work in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and spread its principles.

Required< b style="font-weight: 700">andprofessionaland competences and skills< /b>:

• experience work in the direction of humanitarian aid in a managerial position, preferably in cash aid projects

• excellent knowledge of all phases of program management and quality standards, including safeguards and accountability mechanisms

• experience working with large databases

• ability to work independently and demonstrate organizational skills, problem-solving skills

• data management skills (high level of Excel proficiency)

• high level of flexibility and motivation

• preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the English language 

Main functionality:

• ensuring the complex implementation of the project, which consists of three components regarding the directions of issuing monetary support to beneficiaries in the regions of Ukraine

• planning and coordination of various stages of project implementation, quick response to changes and prioritization of tasks to provide uninterrupted assistance

• implementation of the project budget, ensuring compliance of budget expenditures, clarification of deviations between plans and actual indicators (if necessary).
• establishment and support of cooperation with key persons of the project, representatives of organizations and communities
• participation in the formation of the team and its coordination in daily activities

• ensuring proper documentation, preparing reports

• situation assessment analysis for areas in risk zones to ensure feasibility of cash assistance

• providing monitoring and evaluation of the project (daily / weekly / monthly monitoring), interim review and final reporting .

• interaction with managers and coordinators of permanent programs of the organization
