International charitable organization "Charitable Foundation "SOS Children's Villages" Ukraine, in connection with the launch of a new project, invites you to join the team Specialistsof the cash assistance project (direction Cash Assistance)
As a non-governmental organization of social development, we support children deprived of parental care and families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances through the provision of care, education, health care and emergency care services, and we also advocate for the rights of children and young people together with others partner organizations. Our organization is a member of the international federation SOS Children's Villages International (SOS Kinderdorf). We work in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and spread its principles.
Term of the project:until December 31, 2024 inclusive.
Main components of the project:
- Cash for rent
- Cashfor Equipping Houses
- Cash for Education
Requiredandprofessionaland competencies and skills:
< ul>high level of flexibility and motivation
ability to work independently and demonstrate organizational skills, problem-solving skills
skills for working with electronic and paper document management
Main functionality:
Cash for Rent:
- management of the process of distribution of cash assistance for rent
- formation of lists of beneficiaries according to target groups
- deduplication in the database
- preparation of necessary documents for payments
- verification of results after distribution (PDM)
- ensure documentation activities: preparation of reports
Cash for Equipping Houses:
- carrying out a needs assessment and preparing a plan for the purchase of equipment for houses
- close contact with families, visits to places to check the situation and premises
- organization of the process of purchase, delivery, distribution and, according necessary, installation of equipment
- providing documentation activities: ppreparation of photo and text reports
Cash for Education:
- organization of the process of allocation of funds for education
- conducting a market assessment of educational service providers
- contact with beneficiaries to identify their needs for training or retraining
- drafting plans for purchasing educational services
- trips to check suppliers and meetings with beneficiaries
- organization of courses
- providing documentation activities: preparation of reports
