Main duties:
- Providing technical expertise in the field of cash and voucher assistance (MPCA/UCT) within several humanitarian projects in accordance with Cash Working Group standards.
- Methodological support of project teams in the process of design, adaptation and implementation of cash and voucher interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), humanitarian standards (CHS, Sphere) and donor requirements.
- Participation in intercluster coordination in the field of cash and voucher assistance.
- Providing analytical support in needs assessment and market analysis.
- Preparation of technical and reporting documentation.
- Representation of the organization at intercluster and inter-agency levels.
- Coordination and control of timely and correct filling Activity Info in terms of cash and voucher assistance;
- Interaction with national and interagency coordination structures in the field of CVA.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Experience of working in humanitarian or international projects for at least 1 year.
- Desirable experience in the field of cash and/or voucher assistance, basic needs or health care.
- Knowledge of humanitarian standards and principles (CHS, Sphere).
- Understanding cash and voucher approaches (MPCA, sectoral cash, vouchers).
- Knowledge is desirable principles and approaches of the Cash Working Group.
- Understanding the project cycle of humanitarian programs.
- Understanding the principles of reporting.
- Readiness for periodic business trips (approximately 2–5 days, approximately once a month), including to frontline areas.
Necessary knowledge and professional skills:
- Languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English - no lower than B2 level.
- MS Office / Google Workspace - confident user.
- Online data collection and analysis tools (Kobo or similar) - basic/intermediate level.
- Working with databases beneficiaries and reporting tables - basic/medium level.

- Ability to work effectively with several stakeholders at the same time.
- Developed communication and coordination skills.
- Systemic thinking and responsibility.
- Ability to work in a dynamic humanitarian environment.
- Effective time planning and meeting deadlines.
