Simultaneously, we aim to help employers in those ecosystems by connecting them with a pre-selected and verified stream of skilled talent.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Lead immigration casework, developing the strategy of each client case and working on its execution.- Interact with clients (digital entrepreneurs, C-level managers from top startups, and senior professionals from established tech companies), conducting client interviews, preparing questions and document requests, analyzing client profiles, and performing other customer-focused tasks as the job may require.- Control the preparation of Global Talent master files (References, CVs, - Cover Letters, Personal Statements).- Perform other duties and tasks that company leadership may reasonably request.- Participate in developing and improving business processes.- Hire and onboard case workers as the team grows.ABOUT YOU:- Excellent English communication and writing skills (at least C1 level).- Interest in other people, ability to ask questions that help to reveal interesting details of someone's work achievements.- Verbal analytical and structuring skills – the ability to understand verbal or written text, and identify important information.- Good storytelling skills – the ability to reshape text about someone's workstream and day-to-day responsibilities into a story about projects, achievements, and exciting results.- Understanding of the digital technology sector and/or strong interest and desire to dig deep into it and understand different business models, technologies, roles, metrics, etc.- Interest in the topic of international talent mobility and desire to understand specifics of the UK Global Talent Visa.WHAT YOU WILL GET:- The ability to work from anywhere: all you need is a computer with a good Internet connection (good enough for calls).- A chance to meet and work with some of the brightest tech professionals and entrepreneurs.- The potential to set up and lead your own department if we are a good fit.- Above-market salary and bonuses.- Flexibility in terms of working schedule and location.At KOSMO, we value a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes growth and innovation.
