Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of social sciences, psychology, humanities or related fields. Experience in providing social services, including working with children, is an advantage.
• Experience in organizing group work, working in a team or working groups, mentoring.
• Experience of interacting with people of different ages.
• Previous experience of participating in social children research, surveys, field monitoring work.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to show empathy and work with different population groups.
• Understanding the principles of protection, including the principles of humanitarian work, as well as the basics of case management.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language; basic knowledge of English advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad.
