GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.
GOGreen-Landia invites a case manager to provide individual support to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) through case management, coordination of assistance, involvement of relevant specialists.
Main tasks:
- Conducting an initial assessment of the needs of the affected person;
- Developing an individual plan support together with the person who asked for help;
- Coordination of comprehensive assistance (psychological, social, legal, medical, etc.);
- Support of the injured person throughout the case, monitoring of the implementation of the support plan;
- Establishment of cooperation with local services, police, medical institutions, social service centers;
- Maintenance of confidential documentation on a case-by-case basis, preparing reports;
- Providing information about rights, services and resources available to survivors of violence;
- Ensuring safety, confidentiality, non-discrimination and respect;
- Participating in team meetings, supervision and training.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of social work, psychology, law or related areas;
- Experience as a case manager, social worker or psychologist - from 1 year (experience in the field HAZN will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of national legislation and response mechanisms to HAZN cases;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, stress resistance;
- Ability to work with confidential information;
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Would be an advantage:
- Knowledge of international standards of response to crime;
- Experience of interaction with the police, courts, social services.
Work schedule: From Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
