We help the population in all government-controlled territories: we evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, provide charitable assistance , we carry out monitoring visits, advocate for changes, provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces for women and girls operate in various regions of the country.

< p>We are looking for a case manager:

  • city of Kharkiv;

  • remuneration is discussed during the interview.


< span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Responsibilities:

  • maintenance of reporting documentation regarding beneficiaries (registration letters, individual meeting forms, etc.);

  • collection and analysis of information on issues/problems addressed by women;

  • providing general and special (including legal) information on social issues;

  • participation in external events for local communities (outside the space);

  • participation in meetings of professional communities (online and offline, local and national clusters on issues of mental health and prevention of mental health problems, events for specialists in the psychosocial sphere, trainings and professional development courses).


We expect:

  • higher education (legal, psychological or social work would be an advantage) and 2+ years of work experience;

  • < p>experience working with documents, understanding the principles of social and legal protection;

  • work experience in government institutions;

  • a person who supports activities aimed at preventing and combating gender-based violence, is ready to respond to cases of discrimination and domestic violence;

  • is sensitive and tolerant of women's problems;

  • supports the ideas of equality and freedom;

  • willing to hold educational meetings with teenagers and children regarding sex education;

  • tolerant of the LGBTQ+ community;

  • responsible for ethics and standards;

  • open to new knowledge and formats.
