Case manager / coordinator of field missions in Fight for right

Fight For Right –is a human rights organization of people with disabilities that works to uphold the rights of people with disabilities in Ukraine. After the full-scale invasion, we created an international emergency response initiative to help Ukrainian women and men with disabilities.

We are looking for a case manager/coordinator of field missions for the protection and support of people with disabilities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation of program activities related to the requirements of the department's current programs (permanent visits to Kharkiv , Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions).

• Service mapping to identify available services in communities. 

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant government and non-government service providers to provide safe referrals or case identification.

• Assessment of needs and solution of cases.

• Entering information about cases into databases.

• Coordination of execution of cases.

• Writing project reports.

• Cooperation with departments of communication, logistics, finance, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, international relations, humanitiesky) or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer/ Exchange, Windows operating systems.

• residence in the city of Kharkiv or nearby settlements.
