Start date: April 2024. Duration of the contract: 1 year with the possibility of extension. NGO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions. The project "Safe gender-sensitive space for women and girls", which is implemented in partnership with the International Committee salvation (IRC), aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of women and girls who are in a crisis situation due to military actions in Ukraine. The organization will provide psychosocial and legal support, humanitarian aid, and conduct events on various topics to improve the well-being of women, girls and other vulnerable population groups. Main tasks: Provision of primary psychosocial assistance; Ability to assess client needs and refer to appropriate specialists. Further support of the client as part of case management; Ability to work with target groups in order to identify potential clients; Keeping the necessary documentation within the scope of the case manager's authority and reporting. Professional requirements: Experience working in government institutions, charities, foundations - will be an advantage; Experience working with documents; Good communication skills - both verbal and written; Ability and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect when working with clients; Responsible for ethics and work standards; High level of flexibility and high ability to organize work, meet deadlines, schedule priorities in work during workloads and maintain attention to details. Personal qualities: Sensitivity, tolerance and empathy; Communicability; Systemic thinking and attention to details; Ability to work in a team; Self-organization.
