Case manager in Shid SOS

The East SOS charity fund has been uniting those who care about the future of Ukraine since 2014. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, we have significantly expanded our activities in order to save as many victims of Russian aggression as possible. Our main values are equality, tolerance and humanity, we broadcast them not only through activities, but also through interaction in the team.

We help the population in all government-controlled territories: we evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for displaced persons, document crimes, implement educational programs, provide charitable assistance, monitoring visits, we advocate for changes, we provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces operate in different regions of the country.

We are looking case manager:

• city of Zaporizhia, offline;

• planned departures to Zaporizhzhia and Voloske;

• remuneration level is discussed during the interview.

• conducting individual consultations with people who are in difficult life circumstances;

• identifying the needs of the victims;

and psychosocial services;

• redirection to partner organizations, services and programs according to the request;

• maintenance of case documentation in compliance with the principles of confidentiality and ethics.

2. Emergency response and information:

• participation in emergency response trips;

• providing primary support to people affected by crisis events;

• first psychological aid and basic psychosocial counseling;

• visits to frontline communities to inform the population about evacuation and further support opportunities.

3. Visits to transit centers (Zaporizhia, Voloske village):

• conducting initial meetings with evacuees;

• provision of social rights, help." steps;

• accompanying people in crisis and coordinating further support.

We we expect:

• 2+ years of experience in social work, case management or related areas;

• higher education in sciencein social work, psychology or related fields;

• experience in counseling people who have experienced traumatic events or belong to vulnerable groups;

• documentation skills preparation of reports;

• compliance with professional ethics and confidentiality;
